Per head × guests, plus staff and delivery if you choose them, all shown before you pay. There's no service fee on top.

What if my guest count changes?

You can change headcount yourself within the window shown at checkout; the total updates at the same per-head rate. Bigger changes go to the caterer to confirm.

Can I taste the food first?

Most caterers offer tastings for larger bookings, usually refunded when you book.

Do I need to pay the caterer anything on the day?

No. Everything goes through Cateroo. If a caterer asks for cash on the day, tell us — it's against their agreement.
